  • James C. Praley practices in the areas of real estate, business and commercial law, representing clients in commercial litigation and a wide range of transactional matters. Mr. Praley received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania and received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all Maryland trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Praley has been the attorney for Anne Arundel County Board of Election Supervisors since 1985. He is the President of Northco Title Corporation, the firm's wholly-owned real estate title company and is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association.
